Checklist
Recommended for first-time visits, spring cleaning, or homes that haven't been professionally cleaned in over 30 days. This is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom detail clean.
All Living Areas & Bedrooms
[Deep] Hand-wipe all baseboards, trim, and door frames.
[Deep] Dust all light fixtures, ceiling fans, and air vents (within reach).
[Deep] Wipe down all window sills and window tracks.
[Deep] Detail-dust all window blinds and shutters.
[Deep] Spot-clean walls for light scuffs and fingerprints around light switches.
Dust all accessible surfaces, furniture, shelving, and electronics.
Wipe down and polish mirrors and glass surfaces.
Empty all trash cans and replace liners.
Vacuum all carpets, rugs, and stairs.
Mop all hard-surface floors.
Make beds (linens changed upon prior request).
Kitchen Detail
[Deep] Remove heavy grease and grime build-up on the stovetop and range hood exterior.
[Deep] Wipe down and sanitize all exterior cabinet fronts to remove grease and food splatters.
Clean, scrub, and sanitize countertops and tile backsplashes.
Scrub and sanitize the sink, under-rim, and fixtures.
Wipe down the exterior of all large appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher).
Clean the complete inside and outside of the microwave.
Wipe down small appliance exteriors (toaster, blender, coffee maker).
Empty trash, vacuum, and deep-mop floors.
Bathroom Detail
[Deep] Detail-scrub grout lines to remove stubborn soap scum, limescale, or mildew.
[Deep] Detailed hand-wiping of vertical tiles, plumbing hardware, and baseboards.
Deep-scrub, sanitize, and rinse bathtubs, showers, and glass shower doors.
Clean, sanitize, and disinfect toilets inside, outside, and around the base.
Wipe down and sanitize vanities, sinks, and faucets.
Clean mirrors and polish all chrome fixtures.
Empty trash, vacuum bath mats, and mop floors.
